ADULTS: Take 2-4 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. Begin with a loading dosage of 3 capsules twice daily for 30-45 days or as directed by a physician.

CHILDREN:
<50 lbs: Take 2 capsules daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for 30-45 days as a loading dosage and evaluate effectiveness. If you are not getting the desired results, you may increase the dosage to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

>50 lbs: Take 4 capsules daily (two in the morning and two in the afternoon) for 30-45 days as a loading dosage. You are then able to reduce the dosage to 2 capsules daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for maintenance. If your child is having problems swallowing the pills, you can open them and put the contents in some yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
*Note: Attend is best taken either 20 minutes before or after a meal.
